This program is designed for the hockey player who is looking to take their skating and skills to the next level in an intense and demanding environment. A strong commitment and desire to get better is paramount! We will work with each individual player on the skills listed below in an environment that demands correction and hard work. 

Each 80-minute session will consist of the following: 

• Edges, Forward and Backward Stride Work, Quickness 
• Position specific skating and skill techniques 
• Proper stickhandling and passing 
• Small area games 
• Battle drills 
• Deception Techniques 
• Deking and Faking

Ice Schedule: 

Every Monday at the Haverhill Valley Forum at 5:30 p.m.

Every Thursday at the Lawrence Valley Forum at 5:30 p.m.

June: 23 + 26, 30

July: 7 + 10, 14 + 17, 21 +24, 28 +31

August: 4 + 7, 11 +14

Ages: 13+

Cost: $1,000
